Havent got chance to continue blogging.. swamped in work from last 2-3 weeks. Design/Coding & testing all running at some serious pace.. i am not able to even watch EPL matches & F1 racing.. what a life huh?.. hoping to get some free time this wk end..

Massa's accident..

Massa had a terrible accident on Hungary circuit last week. During qualifiers a spring from Rubin's car hit his helmet, making a damage on the skull & his eye. Though he is out of danger now, his racing career is still in doubt.. but guess who is replacing him .. F1 god, seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher :) .. yes yes though its a bad news about Massa, F1 followers especially Ferrari fans are delighted to see the King-maker back racing on tracks.. though he retired in 2006, Michael was always part of Ferrari Family as race advisor.. now he is back as driver temprovarily for this season..

We hate Alonso .. great driver but arrogant, passionate but unworthy.. especially after the battle in 06, still we all know if anyone could beat Schumacher's records.. its him in Ferrari engine.. Kimi has lost his fire like he had when he used to drive pathetic McLaren.. with engine brusting inches before finish line.. We need Alonso so regain Ferrari glory next year..

Exactly in the middle of the season Brawns are losing the initial grip, Red Bull is doing great & Michael is back to racing.. all we can do is wait n watch.

Had a lazy day today.. calculative "sick" leave :).. was all day laying on couch , watching TV with no one to fight for remote :P . cooked some Mexican food - rice,black beans, salsa with sour cream. tried Chipottle recipe, but it wasn't even near enough.. still njoy'd the lunch watching Degrassi season.. will hit gym in the evening & play tennis around 8pm with my roomi Siva. you know I'm getting good at it, have an unbeaten record till now.. haven't lost a single set!!.. few times i was trailing 1-5, but won 6 straight games & won the set 7-5 :) .. need to improve my second serve & playing at nets.. Well week end is near, have a nice time!

Building galacticos era again??

Boy, Its just been a week Florentino Perez took charge of Real Madrid as President & has already brought in some huge changes as promised "spectacular project with great players and a great coach". Even before he was elected president, deal was in place to move Kaka & CR7 to Real.

AC Milan were in much need of money & were happy to give away Kaka for 58 million Euros. this will provide some breathing space in the spending window & they can rebuild the team with some young gun's.

But the killer blow was CR7's whopping 80 million Euro move which has left a big dent in the Utd team. Sure SAF wouldn't have made this deal without a backup plan, but its had for Man Utd fans to let go Ronaldo. He was simply the best & that's the reason he won the PFA player award for the year 07-08 for his unbeatable 40+ goals in a season. Man Utd won the EPL & also were crowned European champs 07-08 with ease all because of this 23 year old kid.




Back to Perez, this guy reformed Real Madrid team during 2000 - 2006 by bringing the most talented footballers of that era - Zinedine Zidane ( for 46.7 million Euros which was a record upuntil Kaka's move) & Luis Figo (37 million Euros). With the fighting force of Raul/Zidane/Figo/Beckham, Real were unstopable winning 2 Liga seasons & champion's league. He had resigned for the season 07-08, but now he is back with a "double" Bang.

Real lost this season by 10 points but with Kaka & CR7 they will be back on top. Watchout Barca!!.

Well, i created the blog & was thinking for quite some time what should i write, things to include?? am no fancy writer.. One fine day today i was checking orkut & i though "what the heck, every one's doing it, let me give it a try to".. so here i am starting to blog. lemme see how it goes on.. :)
